Why we exist
Small businesses deserve the same tools as big ones
Large companies have teams that answer every inquiry instantly, remind every customer, ask for every review and track every lead. Most local businesses (the clinic down the street, the cleaning crew, the contractor) are too busy doing the actual work to build that themselves.
Today's AI and automation tools make it possible for a small business to have that same responsiveness at a price that makes sense. But the tools are confusing, and stitching them together takes time nobody has. That's where we come in.
StepUp11 was founded by Amir Fix. We use AI to work quickly and keep prices fair, and a real person stays responsible for your project from first preview to every monthly update.
